Bruce Surdin
Bio: Bruce entered the skating business in 1988 opening his first store inside of San Diego Ice Arena. He noticed a real void in the business for a professionally run hockey and figure skating pro shop. His focus originally was primarily on hockey, that quickly shifted to figure skating as again there was a real void for knowledge of how to properly fit and sharpen figure skates in the California marketplace. Since then Bruce has worked with the likes of Nathan Chen, Adam Rippon, Michal Brezina, Todd Eldridge, Timothy Goebel, Amber Corwin, Naomi Nam, Tiffany Chin and the list goes on. Currently Bruce is working with many up and coming skaters who have very bright futures in the amateur and professional ranks. Bruce has developed a close relationship with all of the major boot and blade manufacturers in the business.
