Paramount 440SS Figure Skating Blades - 27 Pattern 99 Profile. The Paramount 440SS blades are made from a lightweight aerospace aluminum holder and a 440 stainless steel runner. The aluminum holder makes them incredibly light weight yet strong to provide power and support when jumping. The 440C stainless steel is the highest grade, highest wear metals used in the industry which means a longer life for the blade and less time between sharpenings.
Paramount 440SS Figure Skating Blades 27" Radius Profile is similar to the Pattern 99 and a good choice for those who are doing double-double combos as well as triples, and for those skaters who need help spinning. The increased curvature of the rocker on the ball of the foot allows for less friction on the ice during spins.

Love these blades!
Paramount pattern 99’s are by far my favorite blades. I’ve tried others but always come back. I prefer the toe pick on these over traditional pattern 99’s or the revolutions. Also the 440’s hold a sharp edge for a long time. I’m a coach as well and have all my skaters Preliminary and higher in these blades. I have the gold on Edea Piano boots and the look beautiful.
